Membership Requirements

Individuals and Organizations interested to be member of FuND Philippines are requested to submit the following requirements:

Procedures for applying to be a Fund Philippines Member 

  1. Fill-up the application form and secure the needed requirements.
  2. Deposit the processing fee of P250 for individuals and students while P500 for organizational to:
    BDO Account Name: Fundraisers’ Network for Development Inc.
    BDO Saving Account: 001230077012
    Branch: BDO Tordesillas, Makati CityProcessing fee is non-refundable. It will cover the background scanning and secretariat preparations costs.
  3. Submit the filled-up application form, other requirements and a copy of the processing fee deposit slip to the FuND Philippines Secretariat:Office address: 4B Unique Plaza, Sierra Madre St., Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City

  4. The Membership Committee will review the application and notify the applicant on the status of their application within two (2) weeks.
  5. Once cleared and approved by the membership committee, a notice to settle the membership fee will be sent through email.
  6. Deposit the membership fee and fax the deposit slip to the Secretariat. Official Receipt will be issued first through email or fax.
  7. A welcome packet will be sent together with the official receipt.
